ICD Ultra NVIDIA Tegra T20 tablet

Innovative Converged Devices (ICD) has announced a mobile internet device (MID) with a straightforward name, Ultra.
ICD Ultra tablet is running under Google Android version 2.0 (Eclair). The ICD Ultra is based on the NVIDIA Tegra T20 chipset, brings together with ARM core, image processor, audio processor, graphics controller with ultra low power consumption, as well as the processor for video processing.
ICD Ultra MID is equipped with a 7-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 800×480 or 1024×600 pixels, 512MB of RAM and 512MB of ROM, 1.3 megapixel webcam, slot for MicroSD with up to 4GB, Bluetooth 2.1, and Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g, as well as USB 2.0 interface. It also has brings a 3.5mm audio jack, accelerometer, light sensor, built-in microphone and FM tuner.
Battery of ICD Ultra can work up to 4 hours. ICD Ultra MID has cost at $250.
