iiView, a Singapore-based vendor, has presented a pretty netbook, called iiView A2. This sexy netbook is a 12.1-inch display with 1280×800 resolution and it want to be MacBook Air.
The iiView A2 comes with an Intel Atom 1.6GHz processor, Intel 945 chipset, 2GB of RAM, and 320GB HDD. Also it has brings mini-HDMI port, two USB ports, 2-in-1 headphone/mic jack, 802.11b/g, and 10/100 Ethernet.
The iiView A2 netbook has no optical disc. It has running on Windows 7 RC1 with Vista Home Premium license. This netbook brings 6-cell battery, will be available in Singapore by next week and an estimated retail price of S$699 (about US$467.78 or 335 EUR). It is cheaper than Dell Mini 12 or another 12.1-inch netbook. There is no information about availability for other market.
