Panasonic Toughpad FZ-G1 is a fully rugged tablet that launched during CES 2013. It also comes without physical keyboard, just a touchscreen input. Now, iKey has launched a new keyboard for this tablet, called the iKey FZ-G1 Jumpseat. Interestingly, it’s also fully rugged feature that meet the Toughpad FZ-G1.
New FZ-G1 Jumpseat is also capable to protection for the tablet’s screen. Made by a magnesium case, it has a rubber keypad (also backlit keys) to ensure fully sealed. The iKey FZ-G1 Jumpseat fully rugged keyboard is resistant to dirt, dust, and spills. Alongside QWERTY keyboard, this device integrates a trackpad with recognizes gestures.
The fully rugged on-the-go keyboard is equipped with a lithium ion battery that enough giving power source for two months of runtime (with typical use, of course).
If you’re interested in picking one up, know that the iKey FZ-G1 Jumpseat will be available starting this month but pricing is still unclear.
