Taiwanese company, InnoDisk has introduced their new SSD with namely Matador. The InnoDisk Matador is made in the form of expansion cards and it is designed for installation in the PCI Express x8 slot. InnoDisk Matador SSD is equipped with a RAID controller and it has up to 2TB capacity that is most advanced hard drives in 3.5-inch form factor.
InnoDisk Matador Series have high performance, the speed of reading and writing data can reach 800 MB/s and 600 MB/s, respectively. This is approximately three times higher data transfer rates for traditional SSD, which provide data throughput of 230 MB/s (read only mode).
New InnoDisk Matador SSD is designed for use in high-performance workstations, servers and systems for the enthusiast. It is assumed that these devices will be in demand among professional designers, demanding gamers in the military sphere, transaction processing systems, etc.
Cost of InnoDisk Matador and start dates of their sale is not reported.
