IonMID has introduced its mobile internet device (MID), namely IonMID Dephone M100. It has brings a 4.8-inch touchscreen with 800×480 pixel, 800MHz Intel Atom Z500 processor, 512MB RAM, and 4GB SSD. IonMID Dephone M100 also has a 2.4-inch external for phone function. It has function for phone with integrated CDMA1X WWAN module. This MID-phone has running on Midinux Linux OS.
