JVC Everio GZ-HD620 gets world’s smallest HDD camcorder

JVC has announced their compact digital camcorder in the Japanese market, called GZ-HD620, additions to the popular Everio series.
New JVC Everio GZ-HD620 is equipped with 1/4.1-inch CMOS sensor with a resolution of 3.32 megapixels, the back lighting and Konica Minolta HD lens with a 30x Optical zoom. JVC Everio GZ-HD620 is made in a smaller body size of 53×63x115 mm and weighing about 270g.
Among other specifications of JVC Victor Everio GZ-HD620 camera are 2.7-inch LCD display, a 120GB of internal memory (enough to store 11 hours with maximum bit rate (24Mbps) or 50 hours with 5Mbps) for storage of footage and a slot for MicroSDHC/SD card.
The JVC Everio GZ-HD620 camera is shoots video at 1080p resolution and MPEG-4 AVC/H.264, and JVC Everio GZ-HD620 sound is recorded in the standard 2-channel Dolby Digital. Victor JVC Everio GZ-HD620 is connecting to external devices with MiniUSB, HDMI output and component output.
Sale of JVC Everio GZ-HD620 is starting today, December 9th. The cost of new JVC Everio GZ-HD620 is ¥100,000 (about $1130).
