The Chinese company, Kenade Electronics introduced new ultraportable computer with the designation, K116, built on the basis of mobile platform, Intel Pine Trail.
Kenade K116 notebook is boasts with a 1.66GHz Intel Atom N450 processor, its chips is produced 45nm technology. The processor supports Hyper-Threading, which allows simultaneously process two threads of instructions.
Basic configuration of Kenade K116 laptop is equipped with an 11.6-inch WXGA display with supports resolution of 1280×800 pixel, 1GB of DDR2 RAM, 250GB hard drive (5400rpm), Wi-Fi, 1.3-megapixel camera and card reader. Its optional is Bluetooth and 3G modem mobile networks.
Dimensions of Kenade K116 Business notebook are 281x198x26 mm and weight is from 1.3 to 1.5kg, depending on the type of battery used. The Kenade K116 can work with Windows and Linux. The estimated cost of Kenade K116 is not reported.
The official announcement of Intel Pine Trail is expected to take place before the end of the year.
