Kingston DataTraveler 5000 Secure Flash Drive hits Europe
Kingston has starting sale its latest flash drive family, known as Kingston DataTraveler 5000. This USB Flash Drive is first announced back in January 2010 in Europe as a secure portable data storing solution that ideal for government agencies and companies.
The Kingston DataTraveler 5000 is comes in 2GB, 4GB, 8GB and 16GB capacities and finally available for purchase with price tags of 82 Euro (about $108), 103 Euro (about 136), 129 Euro (about $170) and 298 Euro (about $394), respectively.
This secure portable data storing device has a XTS cipher mode, 256-bit AES hardware-based encryption, and elliptic curve cryptography (ECC) algorithms, which is meet Suite B standards approved by the U.S. government. Kingston DataTraveler 5000 flash drive packs a titanium-coated stainless steel casing and a tamper-evident design.
