Kingston DataTraveler 5000 secure flash drives, government-grade

Kingston Digital has launches a new flash drive of DataTraveler series, the Kingston DataTraveler 5000, which is brings secure flash drives by using 256-bit AES hardware-based encryption, elliptic curve cryptography (ECC) algorithms, and a XTS cipher mode. It is collaboration with SPYRUS technology.

Kingston DataTraveler 5000 flash drive is a waterproof and titanium-coated stainless steel enclosure. It is approved by the U.S. government and the Department of Defense. DataTraveler 5000 also has FIPS 140-2 Level 2 certified (Level 3 pending).

The Kingston DataTraveler 5000 secure flash drives are available in 2GB, 4GB, 8GB, and 16GB with prices of $111, $185, $231 and $400, respectively.
