The global eBook seller, Kobo has launched their e-book reader, namely Kobo eReader. The key feature of this e-reader is pre-loaded with 100 free classic e-book. Kobo eReader has dimensions of 120 x 184 x 10 mm with weights of 200 grams.
Kobo eReader has feature a 6-inch e-ink display, 1GB of internal storage, and an SD card slot. It also has a D-pad for navigation for easily operate and 5 selectable font sizes.
The Kobo eReader is equipped with Bluetooth and USB connectivity, which is allows syncing with smartphones as well as updating and organize its reading list. Kobo eReader device has built-in battery that provides up to 8000 page turns. As mentions, Kobo offers their users access catalog of over 2 million ebooks.
Kobo eReader will available in US market this summer but first come available in Canada on May 2010 via Indigo Books & Music, and priced at $149.
