LaCie has introduces a new storage device solution that suitable at home, including games consoles such as PS3 or XBOX 360 with DNLA/UPnP technology. It is called LaCie Network Space 2 NAS, which is designed by Neil Poulton.

LaCie Network Space 2 is a capacity of 1TB of storage. It has both Ethernet and USB 2.0 connectivity which capable use as an external hard drive.

It is allows users to connect a USB flash drive, digital camera, or hard drive to import files automatically without the need for any computer to be powered on, it is possible with USB 2.0 host port. The LaCie Network Space 2 is supports Wake-on-LAN,

According to manufacture, approximately, 1TB LaCie Network Space 2 can hold 300,000 photos, 300,000 songs, or 1400 movies. LaCie Network Space 2 storage solution is available end of October for Europe and mid November for worldwide market. Its price is 159€.
