Lenovo ThinkPad W701ds notebook with dual-screen and USB 3.0
Lenovo is preparing to release new updated W-series notebooks, the upcoming Lenovo ThinkPad W701 and the Lenovo ThinkPad W701ds, which was introduced in 2008. Lenovo ThinkPad W701ds is a W701′s dual-screened brother. The Lenovo ThinkPad W701ds notebook is suitable for designers, animators, and users who have to deal with the graphical.
New Lenovo ThinkPad W701ds is like its predecessor, the main screen with a 17-inch LED with resolution of WUXGA (1920×1200 pixels), as well as a 10.6-inch LED panel with resolution of WXGA (1280×800 pixels). The secondary display is hidden in the right side.
Lenovo ThinkPad W701ds notebook is powered by a latest Intel Core generation, 16GB of RAM, a 500GB hard drive, and a 256 GB solid state drive. It comes with nVidia Quadro FX 3800M 128 cores graphics, nVidia Quadro FX 2800M 96 cores graphics, and 1GB of memory.
Among other features of new Lenovo ThinkPad W701ds notebook is DVD writer, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, a built-in Wacom tablet, a media card reader, five USB port (one USB 3.0), and DisplayPort.
It is expected that the Lenovo ThinkPad W701ds notebook will be announced before the end of this month.
