LevelOne MobileSpot Portable 3G router, WBR-3800: bridge broadband and WiFi

The manufacture of networking hardware, CP Technologies announced the release of its LevelOne MobileSpot Portable 3G wireless router (WBR-3800) to make a bridge between the mobile broadband connections to Wi-Fi.
With a compatible 3G adapter inserted into a portable’s CardBus slot or USB port, users can share access to a UMTS network, HSDPA or EV-DO enabled device to any Wi-Fi through the router. When an Internet connection fails, the LevelOne can automatically switch to a 3G network to deliver uninterrupted service.
The LevelOne MobileSpot supports 802.11b/g in the local liaison with security features including WPA, TKIP Authentication WPA-PSK/WPA2-PSK/AES encryption, and protection when it is connected to the Internet. The device has a hidden SSID, MAC address filtering and IPSec secured data connections. A 100Mbps Ethernet switch is for local users, plus a 100 Mbps Ethernet port for WAN connection, such as a cable modem or ADSL.
MobileSpot portable wireless router is compatible with Mac and Windows operating systems and it is available now for $ 149.
