LG GD510 or Pop, compact and inexpensive touchscreen phone with solar powered

LG Electronics has officially announced the new mobile phone, LG GD510 or Pop. According to manufacture, it is the most compact 3-inch full touchscreen phone ever made. LG GD510 is a relatively simple model with a touchscreen, it is positioned as a mass solution, and it is likely to be relatively inexpensive. According to LG, its phone is continues its new line of successful phones with touch controls and in particular, a series of inexpensive devices of this kind.
LG GD510 specifications are told quite briefly, it is mentioned only 3-inch display with a WQVGA resolution, 8GB internal memory and a 3 megapixel camera. Also the LG Pop phone has an internet browser and media player with support for music and video. The LG GD510 is enclosed in a thin aluminum case with a single button under the display and looks quite stylish, especially for a middle class.
Optionally, the LG GD510 is proposed for the rear cover with a solar battery, so the battery can be recharged without AC power. LG GD510 sales in Europe will be start in mid-October, and then the model will appear in other markets. Its price will be announced for each region individually, said LG.
