LG Electronics has announced a specialized social networking smartphone, called LG GT540 at CES 2010.
The LG GT540 phone is made in the monoblock form factor. It is equipped with a touchscreen with a resolution of 320×480 pixels, 3 megapixel camera with autofocus, a 3.5-mm audio connector, and a microSD memory card slot (up to 32GB).
LG GT540 phone operates under the Android operating system and support of Google services includes Google Maps, Gmail, YouTube, Android Market, etc. In addition, the LG GT540 is equipped with proprietary interface that provides quick and easy access to popular social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, and Bebo. It is offers multimedia features such as DivX and WMV playback, and a motion UI player
Sales of the LG GT540 phone are start from April 2010. As mention, LG GT540 phone is the third of LG Android phone (previously are LG GW620 and LG GW880).
