LG Optimus 3D 2 smartphone gets image, specs
LG will showcase its new 3D-enable smartphone during Mobile World Congress (MWC 2012), the LG Optimus 3D 2. The upcoming handset is thinner and lighter than its predecessor, the Optimus 3D but still support for 3D content.
The LG Optimus 3D 2 will get a 1.2GHz dual-core processor, a vivid touchscreen NOVA display, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, Bluetooth 3.0, and NFC capabilities.
New Optimus 3D II smartphone packs a 5MP rear-facing camera with capable to 3D video recording, and likely 8GB of internal storage.
As operating system, the LG Optimus 3D 2 will be installed Android 2.3 Gingerbread (perhaps OS 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich). In addition, this LG 3D phone works in 21Mbps HSPA+ networks.
The LG Optimus 3D 2 smartphone will be launch in South Korea via SK Telecom in Q1 2012.
