LG continued introduce a new smartphone to showcase during Mobile World Congress (MWC 2012) event, the LG Optimus 3D Cube LG-SU870. As its name, new handset is capable to 3D video playback and has 9.6mm slim, also boasted by a 1.2GHz dual-core processor.
The Optimus 3D Cube seems sequel of the LG CX2 smartphone and claimed to be the world’s first smartphone built-in 3D image editing features.
Running on Android 2.3 OS Gingerbread, new LG Optimus 3D Cube smartphone has feature a 4.3-inch touchscreen glasses-free IPS display and 16GB of built-in storage.
Other feature is two 5-megapixel rear-facing cameras that able to shoot 3D content and NFC capability (LG Tag Plus / Tag+ system like the Optimus LTE Tag).
Pre-loaded with 3D apps, it can convert 2D games. Dimensions of Optimus 3D Cube are 126.8 x 67.4 x 9.6 mm.
In South Korea, the LG Optimus 3D Cube will be available before the end of March at SK Telecom. Sadly, LG didn’t mention about other countries yet.
