Reportedly, the US carrier, Cricket Wireless will launch of the LG Optimus C smartphone. This handset is likely rebranded the LG Optimus One smartphone. According to source, the LG Optimus C Android smartphone will be released by Cricket this week on March 17th.

The upcoming LG Optimus C smartphone will offer for a price of similar to the LG Optimus M from MetroPCS, about $199.

As specifically, the Cricket LG Optimus C smartphone would bring a 3.2-inch HVGA capacitive touchscreen display (multi-touch), 3.2MP camera, 600MHz processor, microSD card slot, 3.5mm headset jack, GPS, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and runs Android 2.2 Froyo OS.
