LG Optimus G Pro phablet get announced by NTT DoCoMo Japan

As expected, the LG Optimus G Pro smartphone has officially announced by NTT DoCoMo together with revealed 10 new smartphones, a mobile WiFi hotspots, and two tablets. The Japanese mobile carrier will start selling this LG high-end smartphone in April 2013.

The LG Optimus G Pro smartphone comes with a 5-inch multitouch IPS display and resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels. The phablet runs Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system along with a quad-core 1.7GHz Snapdragon S4 Pro processor, 2GB of RAM, and 32GB of internal storage.

There are two cameras – a 2.4-megapixel on the front and a 13.2MP rear-facing. New Optimus G Pro phablet has features Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, infrared, NFC, 1Seg digital TV tuner, 4G LTE (DoCoMo’s Xi LTE), and a high-capacity 3000 mAh battery. Moreover, the handset brings microSD card slot for expansion its storage space.

Available in two flavors – Platinum White and Indigo Black, the LG Optimus G Pro has weighs about 160 grams and dimensions of 139 x 70 x 10.1 mm.

Its price or availability on other markets is still unknown at moment.
