LG Optimus Zone and Exceed Android smartphones for Verizon Prepaid

Two new LG Android smartphones have recently available at Verizon Wireless for prepay customers. It is namely the LG Optimus Zone and the LG Optimus Exceed. Both smartphones are hit shelves on its retail store. Verizon is selling the Optimus Zone smartphone for cost $79.99 off-contract, while the Optimus Exceed can be yours for costs $129.99. Reportedly, LG Optimus Zone is a low-end smartphone and upgraded version of LG Optimus L3 E400 phone, which has been arrive worldwide market in February last year. The LG Optimus Exceed is actually rebadged version of LG Lucid that launched in April 2012.

Specs-wise, the Zone smartphone has an 800MHz single-core processor, 512MB of RAM, and 4GB of onboard storage. It runs Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system out of the box and a 1,540mAh battery. New LG Optimus Zone (L3) smartphone packs a 3.2-inch touchscreen QVGA display, and 3.2MP rear-facing camera. Other features are MicroSD card slot, GPS, Bluetooth 3.0, and Wi-Fi.

Running on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS, the LG Optimus Exceed boasts a 1.2GHz dual-core processor, and 1GB of RAM. It has a 4-inch touchscreen WVGA display, and a 5MP camera on the back.
