Maingear MX-L Notebook: SSD, Blu-ray, and Nasty Design
Long time ago that people do not know Maingear, Maingear launched new products and this time introduced a laptop, the new Maingear MX-L, which it has some interesting features but has a design that gives me the desire to mourn.
The notebook has a 13.1 inch screen with LED-backlit and a resolution of 1280 x 800, an Intel Core 2 Duo processor that goes up to 2.53GHz, 8GB RAM, 500GB HDD or 160GB Intel X25-M SSD, and DVD burner or Blu-ray optical drive.
The graphics come from the hand of the board of Intel GMA X4500HD video chipset that is capable of playing videos to 1080p and brings WiFi, Ethernet and Bluetooth (optional). Finally, it comes with 3 USB ports, VGA output, integrated microphone and webcam.
It measures 12,125 x 9125 x 1.3 inches, weighs 4.45 pounds and comes with a 4 cell battery. It’s all for $ 1099.
