Medion Akoya Mini E1312, new 11.6-inch netbook

The Medion Akoya Mini is one of the netbook models that had more impact on the market. Good price, successful clone of MSI Wind and an almost perfect size to work every day.
Well, the Medion will release this month a new model with more screen and, if previously the 10-inch standard, this new netbook is 11-inch model as its name and main feature. The Medion Akoya Mini E1312 is an 11.6-inch display and a high definition resolution of 1366×768 with 16:9 aspect ratio.
The processor is not Intel Atom but the company has chosen to include an AMD Sempron 210U processor. Other features are an ATI Radeon Xpress 1250 graphics card and an HDMI output.
Other features that we see are somewhat typical, 160 GB hard drive, 1GB of RAM, WiFi module, Bluetooth 2.1 and Ethernet port and runs Microsoft Windows XP, also an in-flight mode. The Medion Akoya Mini E1312 will be available on July 12 at a price of £339.99 (about €395).
