Medion Akoya P7700 D, new HTPC with right on budget

Medion presented a new multimedia HTPC, Medion Akoya P7700 D. It has Intel Core 2 Quad processor and NVIDIA GeForce GT 230 graphics card. The HTPC has 1 TB of storage to start, 4GB RAM, Blu-Ray Combo drive, and HDMI output. Medion Akoya P7700 D supports Wi-Fi 802.11 draft-n, there is an USB port, FireWire bus, and eSATA port, for connecting external SATA devices.

Medion Akoya P7700 D has running Windows Vista Home Premium. The software package includes Microsoft Works 9, Office Home and Student Trial Version, Medion Home Cinema Suite (PowerDirector 7, PowerProducer 5, PowerDVD 9 Ultra, and Media Show), Corel Draw Essentials 3, Corel Media One, Cyberlink Power2Go 6 and BullGuard Internet Security Pack.

The set HTPC includes a wireless keyboard and wireless mouse. Medion Akoya P7700 D will go on sale May 31. Its cost will be €699 (about $970) including 3-year warranty.
