Micromax has recently announced the release of new Android smartphone, the Micromax Andro A60 in India. The cellphone is running Android 2.1 operating system and offers priced very attractively at below Rs.8000 (about $165).

Design of Micromax Andro A60 is likes a teardrop and designed for the children’s phone, which usually with ornate ergonomic shape.

Features of Micromax Andro A60 are 2.8-inch touchscreen display with resolution of 320 x 240 pixels (QVGA), 3-megapixel camera with flash, FM tuner, 3.5mm headphone jack, GPS, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, 150MB of internal memory, and microSD card slot.

Micromax Andro (A60) phone is supports for GSM/GPRS/EDGE and UMTS/HSDPA.
