Micron Technology will debut by early 2010 with a new SSD family, called RealSSD C300 SSD. It has brings important technologies, such as using 34nm MLC NAND Flash memory chips, a SATA 6.0 Gbps interface to offer reading and writing speeds of 355 MB/s and 215MB/s, respectively.
The Micron RealSSD C300 SSD will be available in 1.8-inch and 2.5-inch form factors with capacities up to 250GB. According to manufacture, it will come to mass production in Q1 2010.
