Microsoft Morro Antivirus, protection and free

Microsoft has reported plans to submit in the near future their own antivirus software, code-named Morro. According developers of a new antivirus program should offer an alternative to similar programs by such well-known manufacturers like Symantec, McAfee, etc.

The main purpose of the new Morro anti-virus protection of Microsoft becomes computer users from various malware including Trojans, viruses, and spyware. There are currently runs a number of antivirus tests and its beta version can be released in the coming days. Interesting also that users Morro antivirus of the Windows operating system will be absolutely free.

Previously, Microsoft had tried to enter the antivirus software with its Windows Live service, OneCare, however, requires users to an annual fee and it’s not a special popularity. The fact that the new Morro antivirus is a free, no doubt, will attract to it an additional interest.
