Microsoft redefines “netbook” name
Representatives from Microsoft at Computex expressed the desire to achieve in the future of computer manufacturers that they did not use the term “netbook” to describe their products. Thus, Microsoft may require that mobile computers are not well suited for these requirements, do not set Windows 7 Starter Edition, and much more expensive Windows 7 Home Premium.
Representatives of Microsoft have refused to confirm or deny the existence of such plans.
