Mio Litepad N890 and N1210 netbook on iF Design Awards 2010
Mio Company, well-known for the production of GPS navigators and world leading GPS maker, has announced that its products win prestigious awards, iF Product Design Award. At this time, it is praised the Mio Litepad N890 and Litepad N1210.
Both Mio notebooks are successfully combine aesthetics and easy-to-use functional elements. Mio Litepad N890 has weighs less than 900 grams and boasts a compact size. It is built-in innovative rotation sensor that allows to instantly changing the screen orientation, making the display easier to read e-books and web browsing. Mio Litepad N890 is using the GPS receiver and 3.5G module which can determine the current location on a map, search for interesting places nearby.
Mio Litepad N1210 notebook has a 12.1-inch screen and full multimedia functionality with the ATI graphics chipset. The Mio Litepad N1210 is suitable for viewing HD video, it is equipped with HDMI port for connection to high definition monitors and televisions, as well as 3.5G module for full wireless connectivity. Mio Litepad N1210 is an ultra-slim (24.9 mm) and super lightweight (1.3 kg) package, which makes netbook convenient for viewing videos and photos, gaming, and surfing the web almost anywhere.
This year, the iF Design Awards competition of Mio Litepad N890 and Litepad N1210 netbooks were selected among the 2468 products from 1,016 exhibitors from 39 countries. Exhibition of iF Product Design Award 2010 in Hanover will begin on March 2, 2010. Availability of Mio Litepad N890 and Litepad N1210 and their price may be different for each country.
