Mio announced the first products of Navman Spirit TV series; 4.7-inch V505 and 7-inch V735. These devices have support digital television. The company announced its plans regarding the issuance of such devices even at Computex this year. Both models are not only able to work as full-fledged browsers, but also enable to listen to music, view photos, video, and digital television broadcasting, which it is supported by the program in the coming weeks. Office equipment is carried out by a touch screen supporting slidetouch, which allows you to “scroll” the menu items, sliding a finger across the screen. V735 Model is also equipped with FM tuner.

It has regard to the navigation functionality, it is a V735 and V505 is quite decent. First of all, the devices are equipped with High speed GPS fix with SiRFInstantFixII. It also provides a base set of POI in Europe: hotels, restaurants, museums, and more, plus Travel Books of Wcities (travel guides) with a description and photos of places that are worth a visit, and places to stay. There is software for NavPix geo-tagged photos, first implemented in Navman products previous generation. And finally, Mio Navman Spirit TV navigators can operate in pedestrian mode. Sales V735 and V505 to start in July, the UK price of devices will be £299.99 ($ 493) and £229 ($ 377) respectively.
