Modu phone, the world’s most compact phone

Modu phone will go on sale at the Cellcom Israel operator. Recall, Modu claims the world’s most compact device. It consists of a simple base module, and additional components, such as camera, media players, GPS receiver, touch screen, and so on, it will be placed in different shells (jackets), if necessary, and they can be purchased separately. Modu has already announced a long time ago, but did not produce for sale. Even rumors emerged that the main module will be processed and receive a touch-sensitive display.
At the moment, Modu is sold in the form of a compact unit with a 1.3-inch OLED display, and a few buttons, it supports 2G cellular standards and Bluetooth. In addition, they released four simple express jackets in a monoblock with a small display and numeric keypad. Cost Modu complete with a “jacket” is equivalent to $130. Unfortunately, it is not yet clear when there will more interesting jacket, and when the most compact in the world phone will come to other markets.
