Monoprice Dual Extrusion 3D Printer can be yours for $1200

You might looking for a 3D printer, Monoprice has recently launched its newest dual extrusion 3D printer. It’s called the Monoprice Dual Extrusion 3D Printer that up for order at $1,199. The company is also offering 21 kg reels of PLA 3D printing filament as its material.


Monoprice Dual Extrusion 3D printer is perfectly to produce a design prototype prior to manufacture in term of cheap, of course. The device comes with a dual extrusion head, which enabling create two color 3D prints with a heated printing bed.


Reportedly, Monoprice 3D printer is suitable for use with 1.75mm ABS, PLA, or PVA filaments. The layer thicknesses are range from 0.1 to 0.5 mm. On temperature specs, the extruder and metal heating plate are capable to 250 and 120 degrees Celsius, respectively. Company also says the machine is a print rate of 24cc per hour. It can build volume at 225 x 145 x 150 mm.

Dimensions of Monoprice Dual Extrusion 3D printer are 476 x 322 x 383 mm and weighs 13kg. Users can easily connect this 3D printer into a computer with Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Linux, or Mac OS X operating systems.
