Intel is working hard, first with its Core 2 Duo, the Atom processors that currently have no competition (is there trying VIA) and now with SSD memory. The latter two are clearly the future of Intel processors with small and powerful memories in SSD.
Not surprisingly, Intel is putting the turbo in the development of SSD memories today are still hard to find and are quite expensive, but the maximum that we could find is 160GB. But Intel plans to double the size, to create high-performance SSD disks of 320GB.
While Intel has not said anything, we need to clarify that it is a basic step? Bloomberg says it will arrive in the autumn of this year, 320GB part. And we can only wait at a level that can compete with hard drives, then we’ll talk about success.
