Motorola has introduced new Android smartphone of the Motorola Ming series, called the Motorola A1680. The handset has already appeared on company’s Chinese site.

The new Motorola Ming A1680 is a transparent clamshell phone. The Moto A1680 is equipped with 3.1-inch resistive touchscreen AMOLED display with a resolution of 480 x 800 pixels, 5 megapixel autofocus camera, GPS, e-compass, Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR, Wi-Fi/WAPI, microSD/microSDHC card slot (up to 32GB), 3-axis accelerometer, 3.5 mm audio jack, and microUSB port.

Motorola A1680 smartphone is powered by a 624MHz Marvell PXA935 processor, 256MB RAM, a 512MB flash ROM, and runs on Android 1.6 OS. The Motorola A1680 is supports GSM/GPRS/EDGE 850/900/1800/1900 MHz and UMTS/HSDPA 2100 MHz.
