Motorola has officially announced its new Android mobile phone, Motorola BACKFLIP with MOTOBLUR. Another company’s phone that has MOTOBLUR equipped is CLIQ/DEXT.
Motorola BACKFLIP with MOTOBLUR is running on Android 1.5 OS. This BACKFLIP phone is supports quad-band GSM and tri-band WCDMA/HSDPA networks. New Motorola BACKFLIP with MOTOBLUR phone also supports H.264, H.263, MPEG4 playback and recording. The Motorola BACKFLIP phone features a 3.1-inch HVGA touchscreen display (320×480 resolution), a 5MP camera with auto focus and LED flash, aGPS, Bluetooth 2.0, WiFi 802.11b/g, a 3.5mm audio jack, and a microSD card slot.
Motorola BACKFLIP phone is a reverse-flip QWERTY keyboard and a BACKTRACK touch panel on other side of phone. This Motorola BACKFLIP Android phone will be debut in North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia in Q1 2010. No words on pricing.
