The successor to the original Motorola Defy will be available in the UK. New handset is dubbed the Motorola Defy+ smartphone that arrive sometime in late September 2011 on Clove UK online mobile retailer. The Defy+ phone is currently pre-order for set price of £246 (including VAT).

Motorola Defy+ Specifications

The Motorola Defy+ was official announced by Moto this month. As resistant to dust and water, the Motorola DEFY Plus is meet an IP67 protection rating.

Running on Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS, new Defy+ smartphone is sports a 1GHz processor, and 2GB of onboard memory.

The Moto Defy+ is packs a scratch-proof 3.7-inch Corning Gorilla Glass touchscreen display with 480 x 854 (WVGA) resolution, a rear-facing 5MP autofocus camera, 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.1, 3G, 3.5mm audio jack, and a microSD card slot with expansion up to 32GB.

Dimensions of Motorola Defy+ are 59 x 107 x 13.40 mm and weight 118 grams.
