Motorola Droid RAZR smartphone get official
Motorola Mobility has recently officially announced its flagship smartphone, the Motorola Droid RAZR. This handset is claimed to be originally revolutionized the mobile device industry.
The Motorola Droid RAZR is an ultra-thin smartphone (7.1mm thick) and brings a splash-guard coating, a steel core, Kevlar fiber, and of course, Gorilla Glass.
Motorola Droid RAZR Specifications
Running Android 2.3.5 OS, new Moto Droid RAZR is boasts a 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, 16GB of onboard storage, and a microSD card slot (with a 16GB card bundled).
Droid RAZR smartphone has a 4.3-inch Super AMOLED Advanced touchscreen display with qHD (960 x 540) resolution, a rear-facing 8MP camera with LED flash and 1080p video recording, a front-facing 1.3 megapixel camera, eCompass, aGPS, and an 1,780 mAh battery.
Like Motorola Atrix 2 smartphone, the Motorola Droid RAZR is also support for the Lapdock 100 (10.1-inch) and the Lapdock 500 Pro (14-inch).
In additional, Droid RAZR smartphone has features enterprise-friendly apps such as data encryption, remote access (via the Citrix Receiver), remote wipe, and the SmartActions software to allowing enhanced power management (up to 12.5 hours). It is also brings the MotoCast app, which enabling users to streaming content from a computer to Android device.
In term of connectivity, the Motorola Droid RAZR smartphone is provides Bluetooth 4.0, 802.11 b/g/n WiFi, HDMI and USB 2.0 ports, and 4G LTE capabilities.
Motorola Droid RAZR Availability and Price
Verizon exclusive in the US will start accept pre-order of the Droid RAZR on October 27t, 2011. In Canada, it is coming exclusively to Rogers Communications in time for the holidays.
Reportedly, new Motorola Droid RAZR will ship on November 2011 for North America, Asia, Europe, Latin America, and Middle East and Africa. This ultra-slim smartphone should be available for price of $299.
