Motorola has officially introduced the unusual-design mobile phone, called Motorola FlipOut. This handset is running on Google Android 2.1 OS. Motorola FlipOut Smartphone is made in rotator form factor. It has a 2.8-inch display with resolution of 320×240 pixels.
The Motorola FlipOut phone is boasts a 700 MHz processor, 512MB flash memory, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS. In addition, new smartphone packs a digital compass, a 3-megapixel camera, a microSD card slot (up to 32GB), FM radio, USB 2.0 port and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
It is designed for use in WCDMA 900/2100 MHz and GSM/EDGE 850/900/1800/1900 MHz network. The Motorola FLIPOUT with MOTOBLUR is provides up to 6 hours of talk time and 365 hours of standby. Size of Motorola FlipOut is 67x67x17 mm and weight approximately 120g.
Motorola FlipOut Smartphone will become available later this month but there is no word on pricing.
