Motorola is preparing a new rugged Android smartphone, the codename Jordan. The upcoming phone will be release in November 2010 and in US market will be distribute via T-Mobile.
Feature of Motorola Jordan smartphone is a waterproof casing that allows operates at depths up to 10 meters, protection from dust, dirt and shock. Detail specifications of Motorola Jordan are not available yet.
Previously, Motorola has another rugged handset (see picture) that meet MIL STD 810-F US military standard, the Motorola i1. It is appears on Sprint and Boost Mobile.
