Motorola Xoom tablet for $600 WiFi only
CEO and President of Motorola Mobility, Sanjay Jha has announced the pricing and variant of Motorola Xoom tablet at the MWC 2011.
The Motorola Xoom for WiFi-only model has cost of $600, while the Motorola Xoom for both WiFi and 3G connectivity (4G model is scheduled in Q2) is price of $799. It is expected to available by the end of this month in the US market via Verizon Wireless.
In case you didn’t known, Motorola Xoom tablet was presented at CES 2011 (January 6-9, Las Vegas, Nevada, USA). Motorola Xoom is boasts a 1GHz nVidia Tegra 2 SoC, a 10.1-inch touchscreen display with resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels, a front camera for video chat, a rear-facing 5 megapixel camera enabling 720p video recording, gyroscope, an accelerometer, 802.11n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.1, and runs Android 3.0 OS.
