Motorola Xoom Tablet hit Japan and Germany
The Motorola Honeycomb tablet, the Motorola Xoom will debut other markets – Japan and Germany. Previously, Motorola Xoom tablet is already available in the US market through Verizon Wireless.
Deutsche Telekom (T-Mobile) should be brings the Motorola Xoom with UMTS for the first three months. It will be launch at the end of April 2011 for price at EUR 699.9. The Telekom Deutschland will offer Motorola Xoom tablet with feature UMTS / HSPA+ connectivity in Germany.
KDDI in Japan will be offering the Motorola Xoom tablet with only Wi-Fi connectivity. It should be available after the first half of April, 2011. There is no word on pricing yet.
In case you didn’t know, the Motorola Xoom is running on the latest Android 3.0 Honeycomb and boasts 1 GHz dual-core processor, a 10.1-inch full-touch display with a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels. It has size of 247 x 167 x 12.4 mm and weighs just 700 grams.
