Motorola XT531 Fire XT (Spice XT) affordable Android smartphone

Motorola has just official introduced its affordable Android smartphone, the Motorola XT531 Fire XT (Spice XT). According to source, the XT531 should be available in China this month and other Asian markets this fall with a dual SIM version. In Europe, this handset is called the Motorola Fire XT, while Latin America is dubbed the Motorola Spice XT.

Motorola XT531 Fire XT (Spice XT) Specifications

Running on Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) OS, the Motorola XT531 smartphone is packs a 3.5-inch capacitive multitouch HVGA display, 5MP rear autofocus camera, VGA front-facing camera, Qik Video Connect app, HSDPA, GPS, 3.5mm headset jack, and FM Radio. The XT531 Fire XT (Spice XT) is boasts a 800MHz processor, 512MB of internal memory, and a MicroSD card slot (expandable up to 32GB).

The Motorola Fire XT has also Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, E-compass, ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, and accelerometer. Unlike the Motorola XT316, the XT531 is lack a hardware QWERTY keyboard. Dimensions of XT531 Fire XT are 114 x 62 x 11.95 mm. Its 1540 mAh battery is enabling up to 8 hours of talk time, up to 28 days of standby.
