MSI is offering will expand soon with a new laptop in Classic Series, the 15.6-inch CR500. The new MSI CR500 notebook will be equipped with dual-core Intel Core 2 Duo T3000/T4200 processor, also on board will be up to 4GB of RAM, a 250GB/320GB/500 GB hard drive, and GeForce 8200M G graphics card.
MSI CR500 has a 15.6-inch native screen with resolution of 1366×768 pixels, and a touchpad made of brushed aluminum, the ECO engine (power management system), DVD burner, memory card reader, WiFi hotspots, wired Gigabit Ethernet and 1.3 megapixel webcam.
As an energy source in the MSI CR500 laptop will serve a 6-cell or 9-cell battery. Among the connectors, it has HDMI digital video interface. MSI CR500 will be available with preinstalled Windows Vista OS. Its price and release date are not yet known. One can only assume that the “Classic” model should not belong to the segment of expensive laptops.
