MSI Wind U100 Plus Netbook, more powerful

MSI has finally been ready to release Wind U100 Plus netbook, informs resource Fudzilla. Outwardly MSI Wind U100 Plus is no different from the original in design but it is get more powerful.

MSI Wind U100 Plus is an improved version of 10-inch Wind U100, which it is popular Intel Atom N280 processor to replace the outdated N270. This makes netbook slight increase in clock speed from 1.6GHz to 1.66GHz and the frequency of the system bus from 533MHz to 667MHz.

The hardware features of the MSI Wind U100 Plus is no changes, there are a device equipped with a 160 GB hard drive, 1GB RAM, 1.3-megapixel web camera, card reader with support for SD/MMS/MS/MS Pro controller and Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n. The optional is external DVD writer drive.

The battery is providing autonomously up to 7 hours in 6-cell battery. MSI Wind U100 Plus will be available in red, pink, blue, white and black colors. Most likely, MSI will sell the new product for the price of the previous model (which it should be cheaper). It should be appear the first announced few months ago and it will be in European stores in the coming weeks.
