MSI X-Slim X610 Notebook, slim and high-tech products
Micro-Star International (MSI) presented a regular series of ultra-thin laptop from X-Slim, MSI X610. It is based on the latest AMD platform for ultra-slim notebook: 2nd Generation Ultrathin Platform. MSI X-Slim X610 laptop is really thin and light, especially given its 15.6-inch rather large diagonal display. Thickness of MSI X-Slim X610 does not exceed 25 mm at thinnest part of reaching 6 mm, its weight is 2.1kg (with 6-cell battery). However, there is no built-in optical drive. The company also provides long operating of X610 in standby, it claimed, twice more battery power than competing solutions of the same class. Economize helps as energy effective platform, as well as for AMD PowerNow! and MSI ECO technology. In addition, the MSI X-Slim X610 Notebook supports 2nd Generation surround sound Dolby and are equipped with four speakers.
