NEC Aterm WM3300R WiMax to WiFi Router, smallest
NEC has introduced its new WiMAX to WiFi wireless router which is first world’s smallest wireless LAN support, called NEC Aterm WM3300R (model PA-WM3300R). It is serves as a WiMAX modem.
It has measures 94x67x22 mm and weight is 145grams. NEC Aterm WM3300R WiMax to WiFi Router is works as like Wi-Fi router. It comes with integrated WiMAX wireless LAN (BG) and provides multiple SSID functions and wireless LAN base, such as security protocols WEP and WPA (TKIP/AES). NEC Aterm WM3300R Router has features EVDO 3G or UMTS/HSPA 3G, WiFi 802.11b/g.
NEC Aterm WM3300R is connects to computer via USB port. NEC Aterm WM3300R WiMax to WiFi Router will be available in early November 2009 in Japan for 25,000 yen (about $272).
