NEC will launch a new notebook in Japan based on Intel Atom processors, the NEC Lavie Light Lui, a small device with a 10.1-inch screen and a maximum resolution of 1024×600 with Intel Atom N280 processor at 1.66 GHz.

NEC Lavie Light Lui netbook has brings a 1GB RAM, 160GB hard drive, WiFi, Bluetooth, and Ethernet port. The graphics card is an Intel GMA 950 and its battery life is 8.5 hours of continuous work.

Finally, NEC has a server where all content is concentrated NEC Lui called and accessed from any computer with appropriate software such as NEC Lavie Light Lui. The price at expected to be marketed is 68,000 yen (about 499 €).
