NEC has announced two new its netbooks, its NEC LaVie Light BL300 and BL100. NEC presented the Lavie Light BL300 with Intel Atom N270 processor and can choice between HDD and SSD as a storage device.
The NEC LaVie Light BL300 series (BL300 are inside, BL310 and BL350) has a 10.1-inch screen LED backlight with a resolution of 1024 x 600 pixel, webcam, WiFi and Bluetooth. They are 29.8mm wide and come in white, red and black.
It will have 160GB HDD or 16GB SSD while the BL310 and BL350 version releases will only disk. NEC BL300/BL310 battery will last for 4 hours while the remaining will have a larger one gives a lifetime of 7.4h.
NEC LaVie Light BL100 is squarish design and it has features a 10.1″ LCD with LED backlight, a 16GB SSD, WiFi, and an Atom N270.
