New Eye-Fi Geo WiFi SD card for Apple users

Eye-Fi has announced a new model in its line of SD cards with support for Wi-Fi. Its device is called Eye-Fi Geo and is designed to interact with Apple devices and services.

Eye-Fi Geo SD card is specially designed to integrate with iPhone ’09 and ’08, as well as for interaction with the MobileMe service. In addition, it supports geotagging and is fully compatible with the iLife‘s geo-aware “Places” feature, and the availability of support networks in the map of Wi-Fi lets you use it for wireless connections, for example, MacBook laptop.

Eye-Fi Geo WiFi SD card has a capacity of 2GB and can be used to work with share images online at the MobileMe service or other photo sharing and social networks site for an annual fee of $9.99. In a word, Eye-Fi has developed a free application for iPhone, allowing users to upload photos with geotagging marks on your chosen destination directly from Device. Eye-Fi Geo WiFi SD card protocol with support for Wi-Fi is sold only at Apple stores and Apple.com, and it costs is $59.99.
