New MacBook, unibody design and Glass Multi-Touch trackpad

What the eagerly awaited finally happened, Apple introduced an updated version of its laptop, MacBook. The new MacBook has unibody design, familiar with MacBook Pro line and even seemingly white laptop looks like a “polar” version of 13-inch “professional” laptop and has the same shape of the high-test plastic casing. In addition, it is reported that the new product goes on sale today and the familiar price is $999.

The new MacBook features a 13.3-inch widescreen display with LED backlight and resolution 1280×800 pixels, the new glass trackpad that supports multi-touch, as well as a built-in battery for up to 7 hours of battery life. In addition, there is an Intel Core 2 Duo processor with a frequency of 2.26 GHz, 2GB DDR3 RAM, upgradeable to 4GB and an integrated NVIDIA GeForce 9400M graphics card.

New MacBook is updated 250GB hard drive (5400 rpm) and the SuperDrive optical drive with a slot-loading function and Double Layer DVD±R DL/DVD±RW/CD-RW. There is an iSight webcam, Gigabit Ethernet, two USB 2.0 ports, Mini DisplayPort, as well as two modules of wireless networks: AirPort Extreme 802.11n and Bluetooth 2.1 EDR.
