New MSI PMPs hits China
MSI has released for sale in the Chinese market a few portable media player (MSI MV622, MV651, MV652, MV881, and MV882A). All of them are very inexpensive and sold at a price of 198 to 499 yuan ($29 – $73). Model MSI MV622 is equipped with 2.4-inch display and 2 GB of internal memory, it is offered in three colors: white, black and pink. It supports a wide range of media formats including RM, RMVB, FLV, MPG, DAT, AVI, MP4, WMV, 3GP, MPEG, MOV, VOB, MP3, WMA, WAV, AAC, OGG, RA, M4A, APE, and FLAC. Also at the MV622 have photo frame, voice recorder, electronic dictionary and games. The cost of the player is 198 yuan ($29).
MSI MV882A Player is a model that supports HD image, it can play the video with a resolution of 720p. In general, the characteristics of this device are similar to MV622, only in addition it is equipped with a connector S-video. Cost MSI MV882A is 399 yuan ($ 58) for the 4 GB model and 499 yuan ($ 73) for 8 GB model.
MSI MV652 Media Player is solution with 3-inch touch screen in the front panel. It supports the same file formats and features as the previous two players. MSI MV652 sold for $ 51 (4 GB) and $ 73 (8 GB). MSI MV881 is equipped with a display diagonal of 4.3 inches. In addition to the same opportunities as other models, this player has TV output. 4 GB version can be purchased for $ 58 and 8 GB for $ 73. And finally, MSI MV651 is media with a 3-inch screen and 4 GB of internal memory. Its cost is 299 yuan ($ 44). It is not clear whether MSI portable media player outside China.
